Special Events
Easter Egg Hunt at HUMC is held on Palm Sunday. Mark your calendars and plan to join us as we celebrate the new life we have through Christ Jesus. We have a traditional egg hunt, story time, craft stations, desserts, live bunnies, and a visit from Peter Rabbit, himself. All children from toddlers to 4th grade are invited to join the egg hunt. Please bring 2 DOZEN treat-filled eggs for each of your children who plans to participate. Contact Tiffany if you're willing to send in a dessert for the day at tiffanyg@hillsdaleumc.com or 998-4020.
Family movie nights occur several times a year. You are invited to dress in pajamas and bring comfortable blankets to sit on for a free night of family movie entertainment. We provide the movie and a snack and offer a Biblical themed discussion. It’s a wonderful time for kids and their families to come together. The next movie night is in September. Join us for "Miracle Dogs" and help us support local animal shelters. More to come.....

Confirmation Retreats are held at a beach house on the NC coast. It's for children 12 years or older, or anyone who wants to find out more about salvation and baptism.
