We have many opportunities in HizKidz Children’s Ministry for volunteers. Positions are available on Sunday mornings for classroom assistants, registration workers, substitute teachers, toddler and infant nursery care. We welcome volunteers for these events: the Pumpkin Party, the Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, family movie nights, Wild Wednesdays, HizKidz Music (choir, drama, hand-bells), and TeamKID. Contact tiffanyg@hillsdaleumc.com for information on all of these opportunities to serve or call 998-4020.
If you would like to volunteer your time to work with some amazing children, please complete a Volunteer Form and Background Check and return it to tiffanyg@hillsdaleumc.com or place in her mailbox at the church. HUMC follows the Safe Sanctuary Policy as set forth by the General Conference of the United Methodist Church and we are happy to provide you with a copy. We encourage all parents, grandparents, and members of HUMC who care about the ministry and faith of children to become volunteers.
